Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Minutes of Special Council Meeting June 23, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Haver. The Pledge of Allegiance was repeated by all present.  Present were:, Council members, Mick Pocratsky, Mike Barth, Bruce Hart, Ron Jones, Ron Beverly & Mike Headley;  and Clerk/Treasurer, Diane Collins. The meeting was called to pass legislation to re-zone the property at 105 East Smith Street, a/k/a/ the school property. Ordinance 2011-04 to re-zone lots 9,10,11,12,13,14, 15 and 16 in the Original Plat and 17, 18, 19 & 20 in Edgerton’s plat was read by caption only for the second reading. Beverly moved to suspend the rules. Headley seconded. All voted yes. Ordinance 2011-04 was read by caption only for the third reading. Jones moved to approve. Headley seconded. Pocratsky, Jones, Barth, Hart & Headley voted yes. Beverly voted no. Headley made a motion to adjourn. Beverly seconded. All voted yes.
