Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Special Council April 13, 2013 at Noon The meeting was called to order. Present were: Council members, Ron Beverly, Mick Pocratsky, Mark Haver, and Mike Headley; and Clerk/Treasurer, Diane Collins. Headley stated he called the meeting to discuss some things on the 1040. He turned the meeting over to Mark Haver. The meeting was called to discuss the Hicksville Village Income Tax Ordinance.  Beverly moved to go into executive session for the “Good of the Community” and “personnel”. Haver seconded. All voted yes. Returned to regular session.  Beverly moved to return to regular session.  Headley seconded. All voted yes. (Noon – 12:20 p.m.) Haver proposed a motion that we eliminate certain sections of the code. He referenced Article 4 (b) 2 (c) and Section 5 (b) 3 which permits the tax administrator to ask for additional information to audit tax returns. Haver, Headley & Beverly voted yes.  Pocratsky voted no. Essex will bring legislation. Beverly made a motion to adjourn.
