City Council Meeting

__________________________________________________________________________________ SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES TUESDAY, JUNE 14, 2022 Mayor Greg Kubarski called the Special Common Council meeting to order at 7:54 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. All present rose and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Kubarski asked for affirmation of proper public notice to which Administrator Josh Finch confirmed the notice was properly posted. Council members present at the time the meeting was called to order were Rick Hanke, Leanne Beyer, Tom Hotek, Mark Lankey, Pat Moen, Darrow Novy, Elizabeth Parish (via phone) and Randy Seeley. Others present included: City Administrator Josh Finch, Treasurer Lisa Johnson, Police Chief Pat Clark, Nicolette Nauman of the Hillsboro Sentry Enterprise and Street Employee Joseph Haugh. Motion by Hotek, second by Lankey to approve Resolution #2-2022 Community Development Investment (CDI) Grant Application to the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) for The Chiropractic and Rehab Center LLC project. Motion carried. Motion by Hanke, second by Moen to approve Ordinance #02-2022 Setback for Residential Fences and Mutual Fence Agreement policy. Motion carried.
