City Council Meeting

______________________________________________________________________________ SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES Thursday, March 25th 2021 The Special Common Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Greg Kubarski on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 8:09 PM. All who were present stood and recited the Pledge of Alliance. Mayor Kubarski asked for affirmation of proper public notice to which City Treasurer, Lisa Johnson confirmed that the meeting did receive proper public notice. Roll call was taken with Alderpersons Leanne Beyer, Rick Hanke, Mark Lankey, Pat Moen, Darrow Novy, Elizabeth Parish, and Randy Seeley. Tom Hotek was absent. Others in attendance were Police Chief Patrick Clark, City Intern Ethan Davidson, City Treasurer Lisa Johnson, Sentry-Enterprise Editor Nicolette Nauman, and Hillsboro Public Librarian Jackie Pysaranko. Motion by Lankey, second by Hanke to approve Resolution #6-2022 Summary Budget Public Notice Resolution. Motion carried. Motion by Hanke, second by Beyer to adjourn at 8:11 PM. Motion carried.
