Village Board Meeting Minutes August 12, 2020 Present: Mayor Lee, Trustees Fowler, Fay Village Manager/Clerk Shari Pearce Absent: Trustee Speer, Trustee Zabelny Mayor Lee called an emergency special meeting to order at 8:50 a.m. with the pledge of allegiance followed by a moment of silence. Resolution made by Trustee Fowler to enter executive session to discuss an employee discipline matter at 8:50 a.m. Trustee Fay seconded the motion, carried 3-0. Resolution made by Trustee Fowler to exit out of executive session at 8:58 a.m. Trustee Fay seconded the motion, carried 3-0. Resolution to accept the retirement of the Superintendent of Public Works, Mike McHenry effective immediately. Motion made by Trustee Fowler, seconded by Trustee Fay. Carried 3-0. Resolution to amend the organizational chart to reflect the Manager/Clerk position to be over all departments. Motion made by Trustee Fay, seconded by Trustee Fowler. Carried 3-0.
