VILLAGE OF HORTONVILLE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE JUNE 6, 2024 MEETING MINUTES APPROVED JUNE 20, 2024 President Jeanne Bellile called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. in the Community Center at 531 N. Nash St., Hortonville, Wisconsin. Trustees present: Grace Abitz, Robert Jewell, Jim Moeller, Shauna Keel, Julie Arendt Vanden Heuvel Trustees excused: Jane OIk Officials/Staff present: Administrator Nathan Treadwell, Clerk-Treasurer Jane Booth, Director of Public Works Aaron Steber, and Chief of Police Kristine Brownson Painting of lines on Olk Street Trustee Arendt Vanden Heuvel said that she had brought this up. When the buses take a right on Olk and Main, they hop the curb and I was hoping we could adjust the lines. Chief of Police Brownson said that the buses can’t get around it so they jump the curb. Trustee Arendt Vanden Heuvel said that there are a lot of kids that cross right there. Administrator Treadwell said that we would have to check with the DOT. Consensus was to go ahead with it and leave it up to the Public Works Director. Adjourn Motion [Moeller/Jewell] to adjourn. Unanimous voice vote, motion carried.
