MINUTES PARKS & TRAILS ADVISORY COMMITTEE December 15, 2022 5:00 P.M Joint Meeting of PTAC and Friends of the Parks Board 111 Opera Street, Suite A 1) Roll Call of Committee Members Committee Members present: Samantha Christian, Bob Reddish, Dudley Webb, Ann Kendrick and Larry Williams. Excused: Julie Nix and Rick Dwyer. P&T staff present: Anthony Whittington, Kathleen Fason, Hannah Rice, and Brian Fisher 2) Approval of the Agenda Samantha made a motion to approve the December 15, 2022 agenda. Bob seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 3) Approval of the Minutes Ann made a motion to approve the October 20, 2022 minutes. Samantha seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 4) Introduction of Guests: Friends of the Parks Board 5) New Business A) Friends Financial Report: Board President Ned Skoog presented a PowerPoint and went over the 501c3’s financials and projects. 6) Parks & Trails Director Reports, Announcements, & Items for Discussion In lieu of comments, Office Manager Kathleen Fason presented an end of the year video showing all the Parks & Trails projects and events for 2022. 7) Parks & Trails Advisory Committee Reports, Announcements, & Items for Discussion 8) Adjournment: The Parks and Trails Advisory Committee will hold their next regular meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ATTEST: ___________________________ APPROVAL: ____________________________ Anthony Whittington, Director Julie Nix, Chairperson Parks & Trails Department Parks & Trails Advisory Committee
