Body: Statement of Issue: Plans and Specifications for the Central Park Gothard Restroom Improvements Project, CC-1628, are completed. Funding Source: Funds for the project are budgeted in the Park Development Impact Fund and Quimby Fund. Recommended Action: Recommended Action: Motion to approve that the Central Park Restroom Improvements Project, CC-1628, is in general conformance with the previously approved Capital Improvement Program. Title: Zone 5 Residential Overlay Project, CC-1638. Body: Statement of Issue: Funds to approve a change order are requested for the Zone 5 Residential Overlay Project, CC-1638 to compensate for the significant increase in the price of oil . Funding Source: The total cost for the project when it was awarded at the February 15, 2022 Council meeting was $3,034,500 with funds budgeted from the Gas Tax Account, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, and Measure M. Staff will request a City Council appropriation of $250,000 from the Infrastructure Fund .
