LOCATION: 6002 Bolsa Avenue, 92647 (southeast corner of Bolsa Avenue and Springdale Street) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend Approval of Sign Code Exception No. 19-001 to the Director of Community Development. Page 1 of 4 Design Review Board AGENDA February 14, 2019 19-142 DESIGN REVIEW NO. 2018-029 (AT&T SMALL CELL INSTALLATION) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of the installation of a small cell wireless facility, which includes below-grade infrastructure, one new weatherhead, a double extension arm mount, one new antenna, and four new remote radio units at an overall height of 27 ft. on a new 35 ft. high wood utility pole located within the public right-of-way. LOCATION: East side of Huntington Street, approximately 225 linear feet south of the centerline of Atlanta Avenue, 92648 (Public Right-of-Way) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend Approval of Design Review No. 18-029 to the Zoning Administrator. 19-175 SIGN CODE EXCEPTION NO. 19-002 (3RD STREET PLANNED SIGN PROGRAM) REQUEST: To permit wall signs on the second floor for tenants without exterior access in lieu of walls signs allowed only for second floor businesses with exterior access. LOCATION: 303 3rd Street, 92648 (northwest corner of 3rd Street and Olive Avenue) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Sign Code Exception No. 19-002 to the Director of Community Development. Page 2 of 4 Design Review Board AGENDA February 14, 2019 19-178 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD NO. 18-027 (PEGASUS SCHOOL REMODEL) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials for a campus remodel to replace seven modular classrooms with a 16,600 sq. ft., single-story classroom/lab building, expand an existing parking lot by 66 spaces, replace an existing classroom building with a 5,651 sq. ft., single-story library building and install playground equipment. LOCATION: 19692 Lexington Lane, 92646 (east side of Lexington Lane between Shalom Drive and Shangri La Drive) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend Approval of Design Review No. 18-027 to the Planning Commission.
