CITY OF IDAHO FALLS City Clerk’s Office NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Idaho Falls will hold a Special Meeting (Council Work Session) on the 23 th day of March, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located in the City Annex Building at 680 Park Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following items: Municipal Services Division: - Moss Adams Audit Review; - Rudd and Company Audit Review; and, - Cayenta Software Contract. Police Division: - Second Hand Dealer Ordinance Amendment. Planning and Building Division: - Area of Impact; and, - Subdivision Ordinance Update. Mayor and City Council: - Mayor and City Council Reports. Fire Division: - Report from Chief regarding status of new station, training, and service standards. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Idaho Falls will hold a Special Meeting (Executive Session) on March 23, 2015, at approximately 5:00 p.m. (immediately following the Council Work Session) in the Conference Room, City Annex Building, located at 680 Park Avenue in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Such meeting may be cancelled or recessed to a later time or place upon resolution by the City Council at such meeting. The City Council will retire into Executive Session, pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code Section 67-2345(1)(c), to conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations or to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. Such meeting may be cancelled or recessed to a later time or place upon resolution by the City Council at such meeting. The public is invited to attend.
