CITY OF JAMESTOWN CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING JUNE 14, 2023 The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 3:00 P.M. Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Schloegel and Steele, City Attorney Ryan, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Buchanan. Mayor Heinrich stated today’s focus would be on the revenue portion of the proposed General Fund budget. City Administrator Hellekson reviewed all revenue line items and the Civic Center General Fund expenses. City Assessor Stroh, Building Inspector Blackmore, Public Works Director Michel, Civic Center Director Fosse and Deputy Auditor Sveum each provided information. Council Member Buchanan arrived at 4:06 P.M. The next City Council 2024 Budget Committee meeting is Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. in City Hall. Council Member Schloegel moved to adjourn at 4:15 P.M. Seconded by Council Member Kamlitz. Unanimous aye vote. Sarah Hellekson, City Administrator
