CITY OF JAMESTOWN
CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
JULY 22, 2024
The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:00 P.M.
Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Steele and Toso, City Attorney
Ryan, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Schloegel.
Staff Present: Blackmore, Blinsky, Edinger, Fosse, Laber, Lipetzky, Reuther, Stroh and Sveum.
Council Member Schloegel seated himself at 4:07 P.M.
City Administrator Hellekson presented an updated version of the preliminary General Fund
budget. City Assessor Stroh, Street Foreman Lipetzky and Deputy Auditor Sveum provided
information. Mayor Heinrich asked for a summary to be presented showing total revenues
increased and total expenditures decreased for Tuesday committee discussion.
The next City Council Budget Committee meeting is Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. in
City Hall.
Council Member Steele moved to adjourn at 5:19 P.M. Seconded by Council Member
Schloegel. Unanimous aye vote. Carried.
