City Hall, 102 3rd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401
The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by President Steele at 4:23 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited.
Roll Call showed the following members present: Council Members Kamlitz, Phillips, Steele, Assistant City
Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Mayor Heinrich and Schloegel.
Council Member Kamlitz moved a resolution to authorize filing of an application with the North Dakota
Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) for a loan under the Clean Water and/or the Safe Drinking
Water Act for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Expansion for the City of Jamestown and authorize the City
Administrator and Public Works Director to execute all documents on behalf of the City. Seconded by Council
Member Phillips. Roll Call No. 1: 3 ayes, 0 nays, 2 absent. Carried.
Council Member Steele moved to adjourn at 4:25 p.m.
