Beer Board Meeting Minutes June 02, 2025 at 5:00 PM Jefferson City Municipal Building 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:33pm. 2. Roll Call PRESENT Member Mitch Cain Member Kevin Bunch Member Ailene Combs Member Sheala Purkey ABSENT Member Rocky Melton Also present were James Gallup, City Manager and Bettina Chandler, City Recorder. Robert Burts, City Attorney, was not present. 3. Public Hearing (Citizens should state their name, address, and limit comments to five minutes.) a. Hearing on Application for an Off-Premise Beer Permit from Jefferson City Vapor and Smoke at 1104 North Chucky Pike. There were no comments. A representative from the applicant was not present. 4. Old Business a. Consideration of Application for an Off-Premise Beer Permit from Jefferson City Vapor and Smoke at 1104 North Chucky Pike. Motion made by Member Purkey to deny the application since a representative was not present, Seconded by Member Bunch. The application will be reconsidered when a representative can attend the meeting. Voting Yea: Member Cain, Member Bunch, Member Combs, Member Purkey 5. New Business There was no new business to consider. 6. Adjourn The meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
