Beer Board Meeting Minutes June 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM Jefferson City Municipal Building 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 5:00pm. 2. Roll Call PRESENT Member Mitch Cain Member Kevin Bunch Member Ailene Combs Member Rocky Melton Member Sheala Purkey Also present was James Gallup, City Manager; Robert Burts, City Attorney; and Bettina Chandler, City Recorder. 3. Public Hearing (Citizens should state their name, address, and limit comments to five minutes.) a. Hearing on Application for an Off-Premise Beer Permit from Jefferson City Vapor and Smoke at 1104 North Chucky Pike. There were no comments during the public hearing. 4. Old Business a. Consideration of Application for an Off-Premise Beer Permit from Jefferson City Vapor and Smoke at 1104 North Chucky Pike. Mr. Brian Jennings requested an Off-Premise Beer Permit. He has completed the Responsible Vendor Training from the State. Motion made by Member Bunch to approve the Application from Jefferson City Vapor and Smoke, Seconded by Member Melton. Voting Yea: Member Cain, Member Bunch, Member Combs, Member Melton Voting Nay: Member Purkey 5. New Business There was no new business. 6. Adjourn The meeting was adjourned at 5:04pm.
