CALL TO ORDER AND AIINOUNCE A QUORUM PRESENT Mayor Hollam announced a quorum present and called the meeting to order at 6:30pm B REGULAR AGENDA l. Discuss, consider, and possible action on an Ordinance canvassing the retums and declaring the results of the November 3, 2020 City of Joshua General Election. Mayor Hollam read the results from the canvass report certified from Johnson county Election Administrator Patty Bourgeois. The result was as followed: COUNCIL MEMBER PLACE 2 Candidate Early Voting Election Day BBNI Total Votes Percentage Doug Taylor zt6 lt9 6l 396 34.26 4o Julian Torrez 153 76 28 257 22.23 Vc Mike Kidd 242 142 38 462 39.97 9a  COUNCIL MEMBER PLACE 5 Candidate Early Voting Election Day BBN{ Total Votes Percentage Robert Fleming 576 294 lll 981 84.86 Vo Mayor Hollam stated that there will be a runoff election for City Council Member Place 2 since no candidate received 50.17, of the votes and Robert Fleming is declared the winner for Council Member Place 5. Councilmember Kimble moved to approve an Ordinance canvasing the retums and declaring the results of the November 3, 2020 Election. Councilmember Kidd seconded the motion.
