Splivalo and Laurie Lindow.
Public Comment – Jenny Roatch discussed her concerns with the proposed ordinance
regarding parking on school property and is against passing the ordinance. Jenny had
concerns about the wording, i.e. how the ordinance would work, whom it would cover
and the timeframe specified in the proposed ordinance. Jenny asked if the ending time
could be changed from 4:30 to 3:15. Chief Splivalo explained that the enforcement
action as written in the ordinance was requested by the Kohler School Board. The
proposed ordinance is written to give latitude to changes in school policies and
clarification of school rules in order to gain compliance.

meeting minutes from last month; that the meeting started at 5:30 rather than 6:00.
