Village of Kohler Special Finance Committee Meeting December 16, 2024 Chairperson John Ewert called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. Roll call was taken: John Ewert and Mike Wandschneider were present. Kelly Kasten was absent. Staff members present: Laurie Lindow Business 1. Review and Recommend: a. Resolution No. 2024-7, An Official Statement of Intent for Issuing Debt for 2025 Capital Outlay Purchases – Motion by John Ewert, second by Michael Wandschneider to recommend Village Board approve Resolution No. 2024-7, An Official Statement of Intent for Issuing Debt for 2025 Capital Outlay Purchases.
