Village of Kohler Finance Committee Meeting January 13, 2025 Chairperson John Ewert called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken: John Ewert and Kelly Kasten were present. Michael Wandschneider was present via telephone. Staff members present: Shawn Splivalo and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 9, 2024 – Motion by John Ewert, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve the meeting minutes from December 9, 2024. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and approve December claims list – Motion by John Ewert, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve the December claims list. Motion carried. 2. Review and Recommend – a. Ordinance No. 2024-12, An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Chapter 20.45 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Post-Construction Stormwater Management – Motion by John Ewert, second by Mike Wandschneider to recommend the Village Board approve Ordinance No. 2024-12, An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Chapter 20.45 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Post-Construction Stormwater Management. A roll call vote was taken: Mike Wandschneider – aye, Kelly Kasten – aye, John Ewert – aye. Motion carried. b. Ordinance No. 2025-1, An Ordinance Amending Section 11.18.010 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Speed Restrictions – action was taken on this Ordinance at the December 9, 2024, meeting. No further action was taken. c. December Revenue & Expense reports, bank reconciliations and journal entries – Motion by John Ewert, second by Mike Wandschneider to recommend the Village Board approve the December Revenue & Expense reports, bank reconciliations and journal entries. Motion carried.
