Village of Kohler Plan Commission Meeting January 2, 2025 Chairperson Thomas R. Schnettler called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Tom Schnettler, Jay Hoekstra, Lee Gumm, Mike Zimmermann and Paul Bonack were present. Mike Wandschneider and Thomas Kramer were absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 19, 2024 – Motion by Mike Zimmermann, second by Lee Gumm to approve the meeting minutes from December 19, 2024. Motion carried. Tom Schnettler opened the Public Hearing for comments on Ordinance No. 2024-12, An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Chapter 20.45 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Post-Construction Stormwater Management – no comments were received. Business 1. Review and take action on Ordinance No. 2024-12, An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Chapter 20.45 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Post-Construction Stormwater Management – Tom Schnettler closed the public hearing. Motion by Tom Schnettler, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve Ordinance No. 2024-12, An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Chapter 20.45 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Post-Construction Stormwater Management. A roll call vote was taken: Jay Hoekstra – aye, Lee Gumm – aye, Mike Wandschneider – absent, TJ Kramer – absent, Mike Zimmermann – aye, Paul Bonack – aye, Tom Schnettler – aye. Motion carried.
