Planning Commission

Village of Kohler Planning Commission Meeting February 6, 2025 Chairperson Thomas Schnettler called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Tom Schnettler, Lee Gumm, Thomas Kramer and Paul Bonack were present. Jay Hoekstra, Mike Wandschneider and Mike Zimmermann were absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from January 2, 2025 – Motion by Lee Gumm, second by Paul Bonack to approve the meeting minutes from January 2, 2025. Motion carried. Business 1. Request from David and Nancy Madigan, 608 Pine Circle, for a Building Permit for an Addition – request is to add a sunroom on the back of the house. The addition meets setbacks and was approved by the Kohler Co. Residential Review Committee. Motion by Lee Gumm, second by TJ Kramer to approve the request from David and Nancy Madigan, 608 Pine Circle, for a building permit for an addition. Motion carried. 2. Request from Grant and Heather Pauly, 813 Linden Road, for a Building Permit for an Addition – request is to add a dining room and screen porch. The addition meets setbacks and was approved by the Kohler Co. Residential Review Committee. Motion by TJ Kramer, second by Lee Gumm to approve the request from Grant and Heather Pauly, 813 Linden Road, for a building permit for an addition. Motion carried.
