Village of Kohler Planning Commission Meeting October 9, 2025 Chairperson Thomas Schnettler called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Tom Schnettler, Jay Hoekstra, Lee Gumm, Paul Bonack, Thomas Kramer, and Lori Noonan were present. Mike Wandschneider was absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Valerie Wandschneider. Public comment – none. Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from September 4, 2025 – Motion by Jay Hoekstra, second by Paul Bonack to approve the meeting minutes from September 4, 2025. Motion carried. Business 1. Request from Joan Bartosek, for a building permit for a new home on Lot 37, in The Clearings Subdivision – Motion by Tom Schnettler, second by Paul Bonack to approve the request for a building permit from Joan Bartosek, for a new home on Lot 37, in the Clearings Subdivision. Motion carried. 2. Request from David and Wendy Bolland, for a building permit for a new home on Lot 41, in The Clearings Subdivision – Motion by Lori Noonan, second by Jay Hoekstra to approve the request for a building permit from David and Wendy Bolland, for a new home on Lot 41, in the Clearings Subdivision. Motion carried. 3. Request from Grant and Jessica Howard, for a building permit for a new home on Lot 42, in The Clearings Subdivision – Motion by Tom Schnettler, second by Lori Noonan to approve the request for a building permit from Grant and Jessica Howard, for a new home on Lot 42, in the Clearings Subdivision.
