Village of Kohler Planning Commission Meeting December 4, 2025 Chairperson Thomas Schnettler called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Tom Schnettler, Mike Wandschneider, Lee Gumm, Thomas Kramer and Lori Noonan were present. Jay Hoekstra and Paul Bonack were absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public comment – none. Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from November 6, 2025 – Motion by Lori Noonan, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve the meeting minutes from November 6, 2025. Motion carried. Business 1. Request From Todd and Amy Gutschow, 361 Woodlake Court, for a Building Permit for a Garage – Motion by Lori Noonan, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve request from Todd and Amy Gutschow, 361 Woodlake Court, for a building permit. Motion carried. 2. Request from Karen Lucey, 247 School Street, for a Building Permit for a Fence – Motion by Lee Gumm, second by Lori Noonan to approve request from Karen Lucey, 247 School Street, for a building permit for a fence. Motion carried. 3. Request from Dan and Angie Counsell, 402 Summit Road, for a Building Permit for an Addition – Motion by Lori Noonan, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve request from Dan and Angie Counsell, 402 Summit Road, for a building permit for an addition. Motion carried. 4. Approve Request from Marsha Blake, 729 West Park Lane, for a Building Permit for an Addition – Motion by Tom Schnettler, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve request from Marsha Blake, 729 West Park Lane, for a building permit for an addition. Motion carried but not unanimously. 5. Approve Request from Marshall Sign, for a Sign at Hear Again America at Deer Trace – Motion by Lori Noonan, second by Lee Gumm to recommend the Village Board approve request from Marshall Sign, for a sign at Hear Again America at Deer Trace.
