Village of Kohler Property Committee August 11, 2025 Chairperson Michael Wandschneider called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Michael Wandschneider, Brett Edgerle and Kelly Kasten were present. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approve Meeting Minutes from May 12 and May 19, 2025 – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve the meeting minutes from May 12 and May 19, 2025. Motion carried. Business 1. Review 2026 Proposed Capital Outlay – Mike presented a draft of the 2026 Department of Public Works Capital Outlay. 2026 Capital Outlay Cost Notes Pickup Truck $80,000 Sell old truck Blacktop Lost Woods $45,000 Many residents requested Park Parking Lot Tractor Loader $6,000 VH Brick $5,000 Planter in front corner falling apart Ravine Storm Line $25,000 Manhole and concrete line failing Creeks Cross Curb Line ? Review and Recommend Sewer Rate Study Proposal from Ehlers – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Kelly Kasten to recommend the Village Board move forward with phase one of the proposal from Ehlers, cost $5,250. Motion carried. 3. The Property Committee may go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility to discuss employee wages and benefits – Motion by Kelly Kasten, second by Brett Edgerle to go into closed session. A roll call vote was taken: Mike Wandschneider – aye, Brett  Edgerle – aye, Kelly Kasten – aye. Motion carried. Motion by Mike Wandschneider, second by Kelly Kasten to return to open session.
