Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting November 10, 2025 Chairperson Michael Wandschneider called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken: Michael Wandschneider, Brett Edgerle and Kelly Kasten were present. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow, and Valerie Wandschneider. Public Comment – none. Approve Meeting Minutes from September 8, 2025 – Motion by Kelly Kasten, second by Brett Edgerle to approve the meeting minutes from September 8, 2025. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and Recommend: a) Ehlers Public Finance Advisors 2025 Sewer Rate Study - Motion by Kelly Kasten, second by Brett Edgerle to recommend Ehlers Public Finance Advisors present their 2025 Sewer Rate Study to the Village Board. Motion carried. b) Proposed Revised 2026 Recreation Department Budget - Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Kelly Kasten to recommend that the Village Board approve the Revised 2026 Recreation Department budget. Motion carried. 2. Discuss Recreation Committee – Michael presented a proposal to amend Ordinance 2.42.010-Recreation Committee-Organization to establish a more active Recreation Committee with increased oversight of the Recreation Department. Property Committee members will meet on December 1, 2025 at 6:00pm to discuss individual perspectives regarding the Recreation Committee’s structure, including broader community representation, meeting schedule, roles and oversight responsibilities.
