Village of Kohler Special Village Board Meeting February 10, 2025 Chairperson Thomas Schnettler called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken: Tom Schnettler, Mike Zimmermann, John Ewert, Michael Wandschneider, Kelly Kasten and Tracy Lyons were present. Brett Edgerle was absent. Cindi Gamb was the staff member present. Public comment – none. Business 1. Approve Resolution No. 2025-2, A Resolution Authorizing the Borrowing of $300,000 from the State Trust Fund Loan Program for the Purpose of Financing 2025 Capital Outlay Purchases – Motion by Tom Schnettler, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve Resolution No. 2025-2, A Resolution Authorizing the Borrowing of $300,000 from the State Trust Fund Loan Program for the Purpose of Financing 2025 Capital Outlay Purchases. A roll call vote was taken: Mike Zimmermann – aye, John Ewert – aye, Brett Edgerle – absent, Michael Wandschneider – aye, Kelly Kasten – aye, Tracy Lyons – aye, Tom Schnettler – aye. Motion carried.
