Chairman Craig Walters welcomed attendees.

Old Town District Update
Chairman Craig Walters presented an update for upcoming events.
Sales Tax Measure LV
City Manager Bob Russi presented information for the Sales Tax Measure'
Otd Town Budget/CitY UPdate
Community Development Director Eric Scherer presented the Budget report. Updates
were also gir.n for ihe Gold Line, General Plan, and Enhanced Infrastructure Funding
District (EIFD).
University of La Verne UPdate
Center,
Jason Miller of University of La Verne provided an update on the new Wellness
Ludwick Center, and Chemistry Building. Mr. Miller thanked everyone for their support
during construction and reported no upcoming major projects'
4. MEET THE TES
Chairman Walters introduced Mayoral Candidates Don Kendrick and Tim Hepburn
(ZachGibson was absent) and Council Candidates Rick Crosby, Keny Chang, Wally
i*ory, Wendy M. Lau, Jeremy Milici, and Rich Gill. Each candidate was given five
minuies for thlir speech. The Candidates were asked about their position on Measure LV
and if the city should switch to L.A. County Fire.

deferred to the following meeting, as required by California Brown Act Law)
