Review of the minutes public and non-public for the October 21, 2015 meeting II. New Business: 1. Dock and wetland permit for the Foley Residence, located at 4 Leighton Avenue North, Tax map parcel 31-253-9. 2. Milfoil Subcommittee Discussion 3. Amend a conditional use permit for 1092 Union Avenue to remove a large tree. The tree was required and agreed to be saved as shown on page 6 of the engineered signed plans dated 5/27/14. The current request was brought forward as a result of a site distance issue for those vehicles leaving the site and turning onto Union Avenue. III. Old Business: 1.
