Laconia Licensing Board 7/5/2023 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Lt. Chris Noyes, and Deputy Chief Louis Loutrel 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from June 7, 2023 Minutes from the June 7, 2023 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 5.A. 4th of July Vendors Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve all 4th of July vendors, including PJ's Fine Foods. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.B. ENT & OLS - Kellerhaus Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment and outdoor loudspeaker for Kellerhaus. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.C. ENT & OLS- Boardwalk Bar & Grill Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment and outdoor loudspeaker for Boardwalk Bar & Grill. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.D. IV- American Iron Outfitters Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an itinerant vendor permit for American Iron Outfitters. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.E. IV- Potts Harbor Lobster Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an itinerant vendor permit for Potts Harbor Lobster. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.F. IV- Smoking Guns BBQ  Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an itinerant vendor permit for Potts Harbor Lobster. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.F. IV- Smoking Guns BBQ Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an itinerant vendor permit for Smoking Guns BBQ. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.G. IV- What's Forkin Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an itinerant vendor permit for What's Forkin. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.H. Motorcycle Week Vendors Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve fifty-nine Motorcycle Week Vendors . Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 5.I. RAF- Lakes Region Cancer Support Team Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve a raffle for Lakes Region Cancer Support Team. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 6. New Business 6.A. Event- NH Vintage Vinyl Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve the event for NH Vintage Vinyl contingent upon approval through the Special Events Committee. Motion was made by Lt. Noyes and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. 7. Other Business Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve refunds or a credit for next year for all 4th of July vendors due to the cancelation of the event. Motion was made by Lt.
