CALL TO ORDER F The Meeting was called to order at 12:06PM 2. ROLL CALL A 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Scott Pelchat 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE R Scott Pelchat, Nick Schwarz, Amy Lovisek, Tim Joubert, Hilary Young, and Officer Noyes 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 5.1. Minutes D The prior meeting minutes were unanimously accepted 6. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 8. PL2023-0127SE Martin Luther King Jr Event Judith Wright spoke regarding the event and the details of the March. Judith said the event would start at 1PM at the Colonial Theater and would start with multiple speeches by City and business' persons alike as well as student speeches from the local school district. The middle school chorus will perform as well as a speech by Andrew Livernois county attorney. A Solidarity March will happen at 4PM starting at The Colonial Theater and working through the downtown area finishing at the Colonial Theater. Scott Pelchat No issues from Zoning, the water dept had no concerns as well as licensing , parks and rec and fire. The police needed further details on the temporary traffic order for the downtown area and these were provided to Officer Noyes for the police department. there were no public concerns that were mentioned. Scott sought a motion to grant this approval and it was  area finishing at the Colonial Theater.
