JOINT PURCHASING BOARD October 18, 2021 The Joint Purchasing Board met on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 3:30pm in the Board of Works Room, 20 North 6th Street, Lafayette City Hall. Present were: Mayor Roswarski, Tom Murtaugh and Bob Plantenga. Absent: Cindy Murray Also present were: Dave Payne, City of Lafayette Purchasing Agent Mayor Roswarski called the meeting to order. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mr. Plantenga moved for approval of the minutes from the March 8, 2021 meeting. Mr. Murtaugh seconded. Motion Carried. NEW BUSINESS Permission to Advertise-Gravel, Sand, Limestone & Soils + Ready Mix --Tentative Date for First Publication 10/22/2021 Mayor Roswarski presented to the Board and recommended approval of a Permission to Advertise for the Gravel, Sand, Limestone & Soils + Ready Mix. Mr. Murtaugh moved for approval. Mr. Plantenga seconded. Motion Carried. Permission to Advertise-Asphalt and Bituminous-Coated Aggregate --Tentative Date for First Publication 2/11/2022 Mayor Roswarski presented to the Board and recommended approval of a Permission to Advertise for the Asphalt and Bituminous –Coated Aggregate. Mr. Plantenga moved for approval. Mr. Murtaugh seconded. Motion Carried. PUBLIC COMMENT With no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Murtaugh moved to adjourn. Mr. Plantenga seconded.
