Held; Jon Munn and Tim Balensiefer, TBIRD Design; Michael Bennet, Milestone; Conrad Walters, Rieth-Riley; Dave Bangert, Independent Welcome and Call to Order Jos Holman welcomed everyone to the Redevelopment Commission meeting, noted that a quorum was present and opened the meeting of the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission at 11:00am. Minutes Shelly Henriott moved to approve the minutes ofthe October 27,2022 meeting. James Foster seconded and the motion passed unanimously. New Business Receive bids/or Streetscape Phase VI/- Two bids were received and read by Jos Holman. First bid was from Milestone in the amount of $1,278,000.00. The second bid plus addendum was from Rieth-Riley for the amount of $1,530,800.00. A recommendation will be made at the December meeting. Jim Terry made a motion to accept both bids. Shelly Henriott seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Baker Tilly: Fiscal Analysis/Annexation Engagement Letter - Presented by Dennis Carson, the agreement is for services with financial advisor, Baker Tilly, to help us determine the fiscal impact of the City's planned super voluntary annexation. The planned areas to be annexed are the Carr property, just east of 1-65 and north of the town of Dayton and the Steele property, south of SIA and west of the town of Dayton. Both property owners are requesting annexation and both areas are in the City/County shared South East TIF. The agreement is for a maximum amount of $10,000.00. Jim Terry made a motion to approve, James Foster seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Director's Report • The Public Works Campus is progressing well with site prep and ground breaking. • Deb Kunce of J.S. Held, gave an update on the progress of the Public Safety Center. The building is now in the final stretch of construction, with plans to move in the end of March or beginning of April. The 3rd and 4th floors are at the punch list phase. The generator is expected to be set in December and the auto-transfer switch in  February. The gas line will be installed after Thanksgiving and furniture load-in to begin in December. Claims November Jim Terry moved to approve the Octo claims in the amount of Two Million, Six Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Fifty-Nine Cents ($2,654,644.59). Shelly Henriott seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Public Comment-no comment Adjournment Frank Donaldson moved to adjourn the meeting. Jim Terry seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting of the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission was adjourned at 11:12am.
