Pay Bills in the amount of $134,344.72 as Listed on the Accounts Payable Warrant “A” Dated November 1, 2022. C. Pay Bills in the amount of $116,973.87 as Listed on the Accounts Payable Warrant “B” Dated November 1, 2022. D. TAX LEVY RESOLUTION 2022 Summary: The Village is in a strong financial position and there is no need to raise the Tax Levy. Page 1 of 3 Recommended Action: Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-R-18, a Resolution for a 0% increase in the Village Tax Levy of $823,000. ORDINANCES 13. RESOLUTIONS A. LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF AGREEMENT Summary: For many years, the Villages of Lake Barrington and North Barrington have entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the County of Lake and the Lake County Sheriff for police services. The IGA is now up for renewal. Recommended Action: Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-R-19 approving an Intergovernmental Agreement for contract police service by and among the Village of Lake Barrington, the Village of North Barrington, the County of Lake, and the Lake County Sheriff.(Roll Call Vote) 14. NEW BUSINESS A. GovHR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT Summary: The Village Administrator planned retirement is in May 2023. A proposal was requested from GovHR to perform professional services related to the recruitment of the next Village Administrator. Recommended Action: Page 2 of 3 Motion to approve an agreement with GovHR in an amount not to exceed $23,500, and authorize the Village Administrator to execute the necessary documents.(Roll call vote) 15.
