CALL TO ORDER Mayor Sheehy called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Mayor led in the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. ROLL CALL Present: 7- Mayor Cal Sheehy, Councilmember Nancy Campbell, Councilmember Michele Lin, Councilmember Jeni Coke, Councilmember Jim Dolan, Councilmember David Lane and Vice Mayor Cameron Moses 4. VOTE TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 38-431(A): 1.) Discussion or Consideration of Employment, Assignment, Appointment, Promotion, Demotion, Dismissal, Salaries, Disciplining, or Resignation of a Public Officer, Appointee or Employee of any public body. (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(7)); and Discussion or Consultation for legal advice with an Attorney for the City, if necessary (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(3)). 1.1) City Magistrate Annual Evaluation 1.2) City Manager Annual Evaluation 1.3) City Attorney Annual Evaluation Any records or documents distributed to the City Council or any conversations occurring during executive session shall be kept confidential. Legal action involving a final vote or decision shall not be taken at an executive session. Councilmember Coke moved to adjourn to executive session.
