APPROVED VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MARCH 12, 2007 The meeting was called to order at 7:42 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present –Trustees Bondi, Callahan, Coleman, Gyarmaty, McAvoy, and Taylor. Excused - Mayor Tolomei. Also present – Administrator Dixon, Finance Director Martynowicz, Police Chief Urry, Fire Chief Mastandrea, Park and Recreation Director Perkins, Public Works Director/Engineer Heyden, and Village Planner Gadde. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 26, 2007 MINUTES: MOTION made by Trustee Gyarmaty, seconded by Trustee Bondi, to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2007 Committee of the Whole as submitted. Voice vote, all in favor. MOTION CARRIED. NEWSLINE –APRIL EDITION MOTION was made by Trustee Bondi, seconded by Trustee Callahan, to recommend the Board of Trustees approve the April edition of Newsline. AYES: 6 Trustees Bondi, Callahan, Coleman, Gyarmaty, McAvoy, and Taylor NAYS: 0 MOTION CARRIED ADJOURNMENT: MOTION made by Trustee Callahan, seconded by Trustee Bondi, to adjourn the meeting.
