Quarterly Report: Whitman provided the follomng statistics to the Board, Restaurant and Septic Statistics Septic Design Reviews Final Septic Inspections Restaurant Inspections 102 Food Borne Illness 12 Plan Reviews New Establishments Weed and Junk Statistics (April through September) Junk & Junked Vehicle 316 Weed 598 Garbage 300 Nuisance 16 Enf 1 InformaUon hearing 1 Whm'nan dmcussed the Lead Inspectors training recentty attended by Whttman and Rucinski, she indicated that both passed the certification exam. Whitman discussed the status of the Toad Task Force. She indicated that the u.s. Fish and Wildlife Service is requiring 68 landowners to receive a second search. At this time there is no money available to perform the searches, however if they are not completed by spraying season the Environmental Protection Agency mll institute regulatory authority and prevent spray during the 95 season. The Board directed Whan to provde a draft of Formal Rules of Procedure for the Board of Heafth by March 13, 1995. The next meeting is scheduled for April 20, 1995 at 5:00 p.m. Meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m. "lmproving Our Quality Of Life"
