COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG SPECIAL CALLED MEETING June 27, 2018 The Board of Mayor and Council met in special session. The following members were present: Council Member Fox, Council Member Williams, and Mayor Durham. Council Member Sevier And Council Member Moore were absent. With a quorum present the meeting was called to order. The meeting opened with Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. ORDINANCE NO. 1239 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.1207 ENTITLED BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS OF REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE 2017-2018 FISCAL YEAR FOR THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, TENNESSEE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS. – First Reading Motion to approve on first reading was made by Council Member Williams, with a second by Council Member Fox. Motion passed unanimously. With meeting business completed a motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Williams, with a second by Council Member Fox. Motion passed unanimously.
