SPECIAL CALLED COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG April 12, 2021 The Board of Mayor and Council met in special regular session. The meeting was also held by teleconference. The following members were present: Council Member Sevier, Council Member Fox, Council Member Williams, and Mayor Lay. Council Member Moore was absent. With a quorum present the meeting was called to order. RESOLUTIONS A RESOLUTION FOR THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG TO ACCEPT THE BID FROM PROLOGIC ITS IN THE AMOUNT OF $77,398.00 FOR LAPTOP MOBILE EQUIPMENT FOR THE LAWRENCEBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT Motion to approve was made by Council Member Williams; with a second by Council Member Sevier. Motion passed With no further business to come before the board motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Williams, with a second by Council Member Sevier. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned.
