SPECIAL CALLED COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG April 26, 2021 The Board of Mayor and Council met in special regular session. The meeting was also held by teleconference. The following members were present: Council Member Fox, Council Member Williams, and Mayor Lay, and Council Member Moore. Council Member Sevier was absent. With a quorum present the meeting was called to order. RESOLUTIONS A RESOLUTION FOR THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG TO OPEN A SPECIAL BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK OF FRANKEWING TO ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021 Motion to approve was made by Council Member Moore; with a second by Council Member Williams. Motion passed With no further business to come before the board motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Moore, with a second by Council Member Williams. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned.
