Contracts for Chief Judge Ethan Pham, Assistant Judge Dennis Still and Assistant Judge James Wall Motion to approve Appointment of Judge Ethan Pham as Chief Municipal Court Judge, Judge Dennis Still and Judge James Wall as Assistant Municipal Court Judge and approve two year contracts with each as provided in your packets made by Mayor Still, Seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Jones.
