Hooper-Renwick Minutes Date: Tuesday, August 17, 2021, meeting called to Order at 6:01 p.m. by Chairwoman Bailey Subject: Hooper-Renwick Legacy Preservation Committee Meeting, presided by Theresa Bailey, Chairperson of HRLPC In attendance: 1. Gary Glenn HRLPC Members Absent: Rory Johnson, John Maxey, Rubye Neal Also in attendance were Councilman Glenn Martin, Paula Foil, Cammie Fulmer, Tina Fleming, City Mgr. Chuck Warbington, Cris Gray, Jason DiFranco, Director of Dev/Comm Partnerships (GCPL), Kyle Parker, and Commissioner Marlene Fosque Quorum Intake: Joyce Moore Quorum was obtained. Seven (7) Norms were acknowledged by Theresa Bailey. Meeting minutes from July 20, 2021 were approved and adopted. Old Business:  Update on Gathering of Artifacts by Joyce Moore Vice-Chair Moore gave an account of extensive artifacts that have been collected.  Project Status Updates - Cris A. Gray, Program Manager - Cammie Fulmer, IRC - Chuck Warbington, Lawrenceville City Manager New Business Chairwoman Bailey introduced the “Allow Me to Introduce Myself” series. This will serve as an onboarding tool to continually update County employees just coming on board. Each member will give a brief synopsis of their relationships to Hooper-Renwick.
