Prayer – Dr. Ronald Dunnigan Committee Member Dunnigan led the prayer. 2. Quorum /Roll Call - Joyce Moore Committee Member Moore completed the roll call of the members and confirmed a quorum. 3. Norms – Vivian Daniel Committee Member Vivian Daniel reminded everyone of the Norms of behavior for Committee meetings. 4. Overview The purpose of this Special Call Meeting was to respond to the request from the Historians at New South Associates. In the previous meeting on April 20, 2021, Ms. Velma Fann asked the Committee to provide her team with 12 people from the Community and Hooper-Renwick to conduct an oral history and interview. This meeting was used to begin the selection of those individuals. Attached is the Working File the Committee used to identify the interviewees. Chair Bailey adjourned the meeting at 12:20pm.
