Sec. 18-7: Maximum number of dogs, cats, or other animals. Delete this section entirely Karl motioned; Stacy 2nd; passed unanimously Sec. 18-10: Disposition of impounded animals. Delete paragraph (b)(2) Stacy motioned; Karl 2nd; passed unanimously Sec. 18-11: Dangerous, vicious or mischievous animals. Remove the word “mischievous” from all sentences in this section and remove paragraph (b) Karl motioned; Stacy 2nd; passed unanimously Sec. 18-13: Quarantine of suspected rabid animals. Remove sentence “However, home quarantine is prohibited” from paragraph (i) Karl motioned; Stacy 2nd; passed unanimously Sec. 18-20: Keeping livestock generally. Delete “(2) Such animals are kept for domestic or family use of purposes.” from paragraph (a) and move “The owner, lessee or occupant has a premises of five acres or more” to the end of paragraph (a) Karl motioned; Stacy 2nd; passed unanimously Sec. 18-25: Maintenance of premises where fowl or rabbits kept. Delete “sell the poultry, fowl or rabbits to a poultry dealer and immediately turn the proceeds over to the finance officer, who will credit the amount against the cost of abating the nuisance and pay over the excess, if any, to the owner of such poultry, fowl or rabbits” from paragraph (e) and replace verbiage with “determine the proper disposition or placement of poultry, fowl or rabbits” Karl motioned; Stacy 2nd; passed unanimously Sec. 18-103: Organization; meetings.
