The motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS: BUSINESS RES. NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUMMIT FAIR COMMUNITY 16-11 IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2017 Recommendation: Staff recommends approvalof a resolution approving the Summit Fair Community Improvement District's Fiscal Year 2017 budget. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FIXED BASE OPERATOR AGREEMENT 16-104 WITH MJ AVIATION INNOVATIONS, LLC FOR THE LEASE OF "HANGAR P" AT THE LEE'S SUMMIT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING SERVICES AS A FIXED BASE OPERATOR (FB0) AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO THE SAME WITH MJ AVIATION INNOVATIONS, LLC FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING THE AWARD OF BID NO. 2016-107 FOR A 16-102 ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITH FOUR (4) POSSIBLE ONE-YEAR CONTRACT RENEWALS TO BLACK DAWN BASED ON UNIT PRICES AND TRADE OFFERS IN THE ATTACHED BID TABULATION AND COST ANALYSIS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE SAME BY AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LEES SUMMIT MISSOURI. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A 16-105 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF LEE'S SUMMIT, MISSOURI AND THE OFFICE OF STATE COURTS ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A WIDE AREA NETWORK (WAN) DATA CONNECTION TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY OF THE CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. Recommendation: Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri and the Office of State Courts Administrator for the establishment of a Wide Area Network (WAN) data connection to increase efficiency of the case management software. ACTION: A motion was made by Councilmember Carlyle, seconded by Councilmember Seif, that this Ordinance was recommended for approval to the City Council Regular Session, due back on 5/12/2016. The motion carried unanimously. 2016-0140 Continued Review of City Manager’s proposed FY17 budget Recommendation: Recommendation: Staff recommends approval to draft an ordinance adopting the proposed fiscal year 2016-2017 annual budget. Presenter: Presenter: Stephen Arbo A motion was made by Councilmember Carlyle, seconded by Councilmember Seif, that this Presentation was recommended for approval to the City Council Regular Session, due back on 5/19/2016.
