FOR THE PROVISION OF A COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT STUDY WITH THE OPTION OF UP TO FOUR (4) ONE-YEAR RENEWALS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING ON-CALL SUPPORT RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPENSATION STUDY.
