The motion carried by a unanimous vote. B. BILL NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SOLE SOURCE NO. 2017-058 AND 17-02 APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF LEE’S SUMMIT AND PHYSIO CONTROL, INC. FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF LIFE-PAK DEFIBRILLATORS, LUCAS COMPRESSION DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH A ONE YEAR RENEWAL OPTION AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE SAME.
