Planning Commission Meeting
September 1, 2021
1. Opening ceremonies:
Planning Commission Chairman, Alan Paystrup, called the meeting to order at
7:00 PM. A Quorum was present.
Those in attendance:
Planning Commission Chairman: Alan Paystrup
Commissioners: Barbara Anderson was there in person and commissioner
Chris Chipping joined by video conference
Planning Commission Secretary: Heather Poulsen
Others: Mike Lloyd
Not in Attendance: Commissioner Heath Butler,
Council Member and Alternative Planning Commissioner Jesse Richmond
Prayer was given by Chairman Alan Paystrup
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Barbara Anderson
2. Action items:
- Approval of minutes from previous meetings:
Barbara Anderson made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Chris Chipping,
to approve the minutes for the Regular Planning Commission Meeting and the
Public Hearing held on August 4, 2021. As well as the Public Meeting held on
August 24, 2021. All commissioners present were in favor.
-Building Permits:
Michael Lloyd- 330 S 550 E- Porch Remodel
Commissioner Chris Chipping made the motion to approve the building permit.
It was seconded by commissioner Barbara Anderson and all were in favor.
4. Reports:
Office Issued Permits:
Scott Fauntin was issued a permit to re-shingle his home on August 4,2021.
6. Adjourn:
Commissioner Barbara Anderson made the motion, seconded by Commissioner
Chris Chipping to adjourn. All were in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 7:12
PM.
