PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday July 6, 2022 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah, at 7:00 PM. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING: 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: June 21, 2022- Special Meeting b. Review and Approve changes to the Internal Accessory Dwelling Units Ordinance #16.10.100 in preparation to pass on to the Town Council for their approval. c. Review and Approve changes to the Multifamily Dwelling Units Ordinance #16.10.110 changes in preparation to pass on to the Town Council for their approval. 3. Reports: 4. Discussion Items: a. Continue discussion on changes to Sign ordinance #16.38.010 to 16.38.110. 5.
