Meeting was called to order by Mayor Bruce Rowley at 7:34pm
Present: Mayor Bruce Rowley and Council Members Ray Evans, Nathan Washer, Nick Mangelson and Rachel Goates.
Staff Present: Town Clerk Christine Carrigan, Deputy Clerk Chantal Rowley
Others Present: Rebecca Dopp (Times-News)
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to take public comment on:
1. Proposed Final Budget for the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year
Rebecca Dopp asked for clarification on the differences between the proposed budget and the Final Budget.
Council Member Rachel Goates discussed the changes with her. No other questions or comments were
made.
Motion to Adjourn made by Rachel Goates
Seconded by Nick Mangelson. All in favor. Hearing adjourned at 7:44pm

County, State of Utah, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, the 22nd of June 2023 at its regular meeting
place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:15 P.M.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 22, 2023, the Mayor and Town Council of Levan
Town shall hold a public hearing at the hour of 7:15 p.m. The location of the public hearing is in the Levan
Town Hall, 20 North Main Street, Levan, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public
with respect to the 2023 – 2024 budget. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the
meeting. To request assistance, contact the Levan Town Office at 435-623-1959.
