Fox Valley Metro Police Department Police Commission Meeting Minutes April 30, 2018 Present: Chuck Rundquist, President Scott Schommer Bill Van Berkel Kerry Ruhnke Mark Verhagen Excused: Jason Weber Guest: Police Commission Attorney Koehler The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m., and roll call was taken. Discussion: Discussion was centered around the scheduling of a disciplinary hearing with the Police Commission members, the attorneys involved, other necessary attendees if any, and possibly certain witnesses who may be anticipated to present testimony at the hearing. A motion was made by Kerry Ruhnke to schedule the hearings for five (5) days beginning on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Included in the motion was to have at least the same quorum of Commissioners for each day of the hearing.
